Unilever recruits 30,000 people every year. This process is supported now by AI which skims through about a million CVs and shortlists people for further processing says forbes article.
After stage-1 the shortlisted candidates are asked to submit a 30 minute video interview. NLP and video analytics engine processes these interviews and suggests who are likely to be the best fit.
According to Unilever - The AI has reduced 70,000 hours of interviewing time.
