Since brewing beer is an art and a science, artificial intelligence offers a powerful helping hand in the latter. After talking about how multinational breweries used data to inform their advertising decisions, Hew Leith and Rob McInerney, founders of IntelligentX, believed a better way to use data was to improve the beer itself.
