I wish I had more time to think through this more clearly. So take it more like one of those triggers. My question is who has contributed more - Albert Einstein or NASA? If our answer is both have in equal capacity and both are needed for society. ..is it then proper to say that the corporates are more biased on institutional experiments than individual led experiment? As I see there is no individual experiment at all...?? I mean what is proportion of resource invested in "Sir Einsteins" as compared to in-house projects???
Point is is as we can see we need lot of resources to conduct certain experiments while certain other experiments and thinking/research idea generation/pilot can be done by individuals more as individual supported by institutions than the institution itself. What kind of organizational model is good? Or why is this bias for the big??? No it is not because we are small firm.......it is a fundamental question....
