Get organized like LINUX

Over million across globe are self organized and code as complex as LINUX. Can't we self-organize to protect women? What can your company do about it?

Managing is a organization capability. Its real skill+ competence. Government organizations are stuck with wrong processes and tired systems and tired mindset. It is really hard to change that. It is some time better to start with a clean sheet.

Hence, my pill would be to build parallel social governing systems/organizations. 

Here are some starters:

- a BPO helpline which can take the complaint quickly and work on passing it on to the police or self-help volunteer group.

- Establish and manage a public transport vigilance/monitoring organization. IT company like Infosys or Coginizant can do this. IT costs for them would be very less. Hence they can build system and host system at fraction of cost.

- Build IT system to organize a self-help 

- Start running print-ads on on Rape Punishments by the court. Prospect rapists should know about the consequences. e.g how many of us have heard about Gauhati public molestation case? And how many of us have heard about the punishment to these people? 

- Build a court case tracking system and make it very public!

- Lobby for " Govt Officer firing ACT 2013"
