Ratan S Mama known as RSM Astute, firm of CAs did a very unethical act few years ago. To post or not, I reflected long over an year. The firm withdrew its job offer after a CA candidate accepted it's offer. The victim, God fearing, middle class, who depends on job for living like most of us, didn't want to post it as he feared his prospective employers might revolt against him. Even I have that fear. No one likes the guy who talks negative. Especially against establishment. But I thought some one had to take the knock, speak up, If we have to clean up. Else we weaken the system and little by little the ethics crumbles. Business runs on trust. Law enforcement can go only so far. More than anything it needs ethics.
I request you, if you know anyone there at RSM to sit them down and teach importance of ethics to these guys.
